Sensi Cloud Storage Automatic Renewal Service Agreement

Sensitest B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Sensi") hereby specifically reminds users to carefully read and fully understand this "Sensi Cloud Storage Automatic Renewal Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Users should carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, particularly those regarding the limitation or exemption of Sensi's liability, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Terms involving limitation or exemption of liability are highlighted in bold for emphasis. Users must carefully review and choose to accept or reject this Agreement (minors should read with legal guardians). A user's activation of the Cloud Storage Automatic Renewal Service (hereinafter referred to as"this Service") shall be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement and agreement to be bound by its terms. If users disagree with this Agreement, please do not activate the Sensi Cloud Storage Automatic Renewal Service. Sensi reserves the right to amend this Agreement, and updated terms will be published on the official Sensi Cloud Storage Service website, taking effect from the date specified in the amendment notice.

1. General ProvisionsMear

1.1 This Service is provided to users who have activated Cloud Storage VIP membership services.

1.2 Service types, standards, and billing for this Service are subject to the Sensi APP interface and purchase page descriptions, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or mutually agreed.

1.3 This Agreement governs the relationship between users and Sensi, its affiliates, and operational partners (hereinafter "Partners") regarding the use of this Service.

2. Service Description

2.1 To prevent losses due to delayed renewal, this Service allows authorized automatic deductions from your App Store account balance before service expiration. Users must ensure their Sensi account is properly linked to the App Store account for successful payments.

2.2 Automatic renewal fees will be deducted via App Store. Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient account balances. Sensi may suspend services for failed payments due to insufficient funds.

2.3 By enabling automatic renewal, users authorize Sensi to issue deduction instructions to their accounts without requiring password or SMS verification for subsequent billing cycles.

2.4 This Service is subject to the Sensi Cloud Storage User Agreement and related documents. In case of conflict, this Agreement prevails.

2.5 This Service is limited to the Sensi platform. Any unauthorized decoupling of services may result in legal consequences.

3. Service Activation

3.1 Service activation authorizes Sensi to deduct fees for subsequent billing cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual) from linked payment accounts.

3.2 Users must ensure sufficient funds in linked payment accounts. Sensi may suspend services for payment failures.

3.3 Each auto-renewal subscription corresponds to one camera device and Sensi account. Account changes require cancellation and re-subscription.

4. Service Validity

4.1 This Agreement takes effect upon service activation and remains valid until termination.

4.2 Users may terminate this Service via account settings at any time.

4.3 Sensi may suspend or terminate this Service due to business adjustments or pricing changes, with prior notice.

5. Service Cancellation

5.1 Users may unsubscribe from this Service.

5.2 Cancellation steps: Open iPhone Settings → iTunes & App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel "Sensi Cloud Storage VIP". Processed deductions are non-refundable. Note: Cancellation won't affect current service period.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the People's Court of the defendant's jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by The Netherlands law.
