USER AGREEMENT — Sensibaby App

User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Sensibaby application (“App”) and related hardware devices (“Products”), provided by Sensitest B.V. (“Sensitest”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes, in connection with Sensibaby devices.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Use the App for unlawful activities
  • Interfere with network or device security
  • Transfer or share your account without permission

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create a user account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All actions performed using your account

Sensitest is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from weak or shared passwords.

3. Services Provided

The App enables:

  • Connecting, monitoring, and managing Sensibaby camera devices
  • Viewing live video and audio
  • Receiving alerts and notifications
  • Managing device settings and recordings

Some features may require internet connectivity or cloud services.

4. Software Updates

We may provide firmware or app updates to improve functionality or security. You agree that updates may be installed automatically.

5. User Content

You may generate content through device use (e.g., videos, snapshots).
You retain all rights to such content.

By using the App, you grant Sensitest a limited license to process your content only for the purpose of providing the services.

We do not access or use your camera content for any other purpose.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to use the App or devices to:

  • Violate privacy laws
  • Record individuals without consent
  • Collect sensitive information unlawfully

You are responsible for complying with the privacy laws of your country.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Sensitest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Sensitest is not liable for network interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access caused by factors outside our control
  • Products must be used responsibly; the App is not a substitute for adult supervision of a child

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
